Over two beautiful afternoons in April and May, our Ladies Lunches brought together great food, great company, and generous hearts. From beachfront views to meaningful fundraising, these gatherings remind us how powerful connection can be—both on Samui and beyond. Here’s a look back at the highlights.
Ladies Lunch – April 2025
Our April luncheon at Melia was a breath of fresh, cool air during the post-Songkran heatwave. The event raised THB 5,300 from ticket sales and THB 8,556 from our donation box, which we rounded up to a generous THB 26,000. All proceeds went to the Myanmar Earthquake Appeal via Soptomotrists International—an initiative by women, for women, extending our circle of care beyond Samui.
Our thanks to the wonderful team at Melia Koh Samui for hosting us in their beautiful setting overlooking Choeng Mon Beach — truly a perfect spot to relax and connect. And of course, a big thank you to all the ladies who attended and generously supported the Myanmar Earthquake Appeal. Your kindness and community spirit continue to inspire us all.
Ladies Lunch – May 2025
May’s lunch at Paradise Beach Resort in Maenam was nothing short of spectacular—an abundant buffet of Thai and Japanese delights, served beachside. The event raised THB 7,570, including THB 2,770 collected from departing guests at the reception desk. Thank you to everyone who contributed, both at the table and on their way out!
A huge thank you to Staci-Lee and the wonderful team at Paradise Beach Resort for welcoming us to their stunning beachfront location in Maenam. The beautiful setting and delicious buffet made for a truly memorable afternoon. And, of course, thanks to all the ladies whose generous support helped raise vital funds for our community. Your kindness and presence made the event truly special.
