Physical activites can help you find balance with the body and the mind, and also support good health. Here’s a few ideas that are available on Samui.
WALKING – get your steps in during a beach walk, or a walk around the lake.
RUNNING – join one of the island’s running clubs, or 5K fun runs
SWIMMING – in the sea, or in your pool
PILATES – combines the benefits of movement with the breath
YOGA – gentle classes such as Yin, or more dynamic Flow classes, or perhaps even a few days in a yoga retreat.
GYM – pick up a few weights, or jump on the exercise bike, join a HIIT class, or book in for some Personal Training
MUAY THAI – get a traditional Thai workout at one of the many Muay Thai training facilities on the island
RACQUET SPORTS – such as PADEL, Tennis and Pickleball
AEROBICS – check out the free outdoor classes down at the lake
AQUA AEROBICS – low impact exercise in the pool
