As we step into this special time of year, we’re delighted to launch our annual Giving Tree Drive — a cherished SOS tradition that brings joy to Thai and migrant children across Samui.
Giving Tree Drive
We invite our community to donate a small gift (around 200 THB is recommended) for a child (age 1-12). Last year, thanks to your incredible generosity, we collected and distributed over 200 gifts to Koh Samui Hospital and migrant camps. It’s always such a beautiful way to begin the festive season — sharing warmth, hope, and a little Christmas magic. 
If you’d like to be involved but aren’t sure what to buy, you can also make a 200 THB donation at our Marketplace by SOS event on 28th November. Our team of ladies will help create a thoughtful gift using items from the shop, ensuring every contribution becomes something special.
Gifts can be dropped off at:
- Marketplace by SOS (check Google Maps for location & opening hours), or
- SOS Ladies Christmas Lunch – Saturday 13th December
To help us organise the gifts, labels for noting the child’s age and gender are available at Marketplace and will also be handed out at our November Ladies Lunch. Or drop us an email and we’ll let you know details.
