Building Momentum: What’s Next for Think Pink Samui

We are so pleased to share this inspiring update from our friends at Rotary regarding their Think Pink Samui initiative. As a community partner, Sisters on Samui is proud to support their dedicated efforts toward women’s health and awareness on our island.

A little update from Rotary’s Think Pink Samui:

“We’re delighted to share that 1.1 million THB has been raised to date. A meaningful milestone, and a reflection of a community that continues to show up with both generosity and heart. There’s more to do (there always is), but this year our focus is clear: education, awareness, and ensuring women have the knowledge – and confidence – to act early.

On the horizon, we remain hopeful that a mobile mammogram unit will soon visit Koh Samui, bringing essential screening services directly to local women. A small shift that could make a very big difference.

Of course, we believe impact and enjoyment are not mutually exclusive. This year has already seen a beautifully attended Paint & Sip and a thoughtful International Women’s Day gathering

Still to come – Paella, Sangria & Karaoke on 23rd April 2026 – because sometimes the best way to bring people together is with good food, good company, and just enough courage to take the microphone.

Our aim? To keep the calendar vibrant, the conversations meaningful, and the momentum building across the island.

Below is a short 47-second glimpse into what Think Pink Samui is all about – a quiet determination to make things better.”
