Where can I find the list of candidates who have nominated for positions on the Board?

You can view the list of candidates here, together with their photos and a short description about who they are, and what value they will bring to the board.

How do I vote for the new SOS Board?

  1. You can vote online here until midnight on 18th November
  2. You can vote in person at the AGM.  Everyone who attends the AGM will be given a ballot.  There will be a locked ballot box for onsite voting at the AGM, and these votes will be taken by the independent tabulator.

 

I can’t make it to the AGM.  Can I submit my vote online?

Yes. You can submit online votes here until midnight on 18th November.

 

What is the deadline for online voting?

The deadline is midnight on Wednesday 18th November.

 

How will the votes be tabulated?

Our independent tabulators will collect the locked box from the AGM.  On 19th November, these tabulators will begin the vote count (both online and paper ballots), and ensure that each person has only voted once.

 

When will the results be announced?

The results of the ballot will be announced on Friday 20th November by email and on the website.

When is the Annual General Meeting (AGM)?

The AGM will be held on Wednesday 18th November at Prana Resort in Bangrak.  The meeting will start at 10:00am, so please arrive by 9:45. 

The November ladies lunch will be held at Prana Resort after the AGM.  We invite you to come to both the AGM and the Ladies Lunch.

 

Do I need to RSVP?

Yes, please let us know by email if you are coming to the AGM and the Lunch.

Important:

  • Only one vote will be counted per person
  • Online votes must be submitted by midnight on Wednesday 18th November (Thai time).
  • If a person submits an online ballot and an in-person paper ballot at the AGM, the in-person paper ballot will overrule any online votes.
  • All ballots will be sent to our independent tabulator to count all votes.
  • Results will be announced on 20th November.
